Available in Houston for home tech help

Help at home with computers, phones, and internet.

If technology feels stressful, confusing, or you're just stuck, I can help. I work with neighbors, families, and friends who want practical support without jargon.

Backstory

From a very young age, I liked helping people. After college (art and philosophy), I mostly worked in restaurants, while also helping friends and family fix computer problems.

What started informally led to my first role in the computer industry: customer service for Norton Antivirus. Over the next 23 years, I worked for software companies in the UK and US and became a specialist supporting enterprise customers around the world.

Now that I am retired from that full-time work, I still enjoy helping people just as much. I want to bring that same calm, practical support to people in my neighborhood.
